These oil paintings were created between 2019 and 2025. Varying in format, they are built around portraiture and self-portraiture. Presented chronologically, they form a continuous fresco, where each painting corresponds to a specific moment. Each painting is built over time.

“Manifestation”. 100x170cm
Manifestation est issue du Voyage Imaginaire, une vaste fresque picturale développée entre 2024 et 2026. En 2026, j'ai choisi de découper cet ensemble afin de permettre à certaines figures d'acquérir leur autonomie. La fresque n'existe plus aujourd'hui dans sa forme originelle, mais demeure présente à travers les œuvres qui en sont issues. Manifestation est l'une de ces figures, dont l'évolution témoigne du déplacement progressif de mon imaginaire et de ma manière d'aborder l'identité.
Initialement pensée comme une figure du futur, elle était encore hantée par une autre présence, dont les contours se confondaient aux siens. Elle peinait à trouver sa propre place dans cet espace de fusions et de projections. Au fil de son développement, elle s'est pourtant affirmée jusqu'à devenir une figure pleinement autonome. Inspirée par la Reine de Bâtons du tarot, elle incarne désormais la volonté créatrice, l'assurance et la capacité à donner forme à ce qui n'existe encore qu'à l'état de désir. ”THE LETTER”

This painting is part of a two-piece series created between Portugal and Norway. This painting revisits a true memory: a letter I wrote to my father as a child, two years after his passing, and buried in the Norwegian snow. That silent gesture has become a bridge between absence and presence, childhood and adulthood, past and renewal.

This painting is part of a two-piece series created between Portugal and Norway. The second work, The Letter, continues this dialogue of memory, transformation, and belonging.
In this painting, I depict myself turned toward Norway, the cradle of my roots, while being firmly anchored in Portugal, the land of my artistic rebirth.

A commissioned painting created in Portugal for my father-in-law living in Japan. The composition stems from my drawings: a woman balancing fruit on her head while holding an axe, a figure of fragile equilibrium.

This painting was born from a commission, inspired by a shared connection with a figure named Polska. Through conversations with the collector, the canvas took shape as an effigy, a celestial and noble vision of this young woman as I imagined her.

While listening to a podcast about women erased from art history, I felt the need to give voice and presence back to those who were left unseen. At the heart of this work, I placed three unveiled, affirmed, pregnant figures: the Virgin, the Witch, and the Indigenous Woman.

The Heart and Its Subject is a painting created at the start of my journey in 2019. The artwork depicts a woman, half-human, half-spirit, contemplating her heart with deep sorrow for it. This piece seeks to portray how the mind, soul, and body interact, captured through a poetic introspection.
